Ufone has initiated its campus drive for Summer Internship Program 2014 from 12th April till 24th April 2014.
During the drive, Ufone will be visiting various leading institutions of the country, including GIK, NUST, NUCES-FAST, UET, SZABIST and LUMS to recruit the best of the talent.
The selection would entail a rigorous selection process after which project based internships will be awarded to students who qualify the initial assessment and interviews.
At the successful completion of this year’s internship, the students will be awarded with certificates and shields along with various other giveaways. While for the few brilliantly exceptional ones, the company also promises an offer for employment.
At the launch of SIP 2014, Syeda Kiran Altaf, Head of HR expressed her views,
“SIP 2014 will be more competitive than last year; we try to give these kids as real an experience as can be, but ultimately, it’s the interns that make it a great initiative.”
SIP 2013 welcomed 84 interns last year from different universities of Pakistan including NUST, Bahria, QAU, NUCES-FAST, CASE and Szabist. The concluding ceremony of 2013 SIP was held at Islamabad.
