Samosas and pakoras are the main highlights at Iftar. Be it aaloo samosa, qeema samosa, or chicken samosa; they seem to be delicious with any filling; in any form! Also, one of the best things about samosas is that you can have them all year round!
But when you go overboard with your Iftar menu, you tend to have some leftover samosas, pakoras & rolls, and when you have leftover fried items, they turn soggy, and you just can’t eat them again. So, what do you do? You just fashion them into delicious items because you can’t just toss them in the bin. (Food should not be wasted)
Here are a few samosa leftover hacks! Trust me; you’re going to love these!
1. Samosa ChaatÂ
Crush the samosa and layer your plate with the crispy samosa chunks! Once you do that, you’d want to add so much more to it! When you’re creating your heavenly dish of Samosa Chaat, remember “more is less.” *winks*
2. Samosa Sandwich
Use your leftover samosa as filling for crunch, crispy toast sandwiches. I kid you not, this sandwich is going to be your most-loved snack item!
3. Samosa Bhel
If you don’t know what bhel is, then you’ve been living under a rock all your life! You need to try this chatpati samosa bhel recipe at home, and you’re going to fall in love with it!
4. Samosa Kadhi ChaatÂ
This may sound a bit weird, but you can make samosas with ketchup and chutney, so why not Kadhi? This delicious recipe by Sanjeev Kapoor looks very tempting!
