The last 20 months have turned our lives upside down. The global pandemic has impacted 249,552,738 people and is responsible for 5,048,897 deaths globally. This pandemic fortunately or unfortunately changed the way we think, behave, study, work and perform other chores. โ€˜Work from Homeโ€™ which was once a rarity and considered a luxury become the new normal.

The invention of Covid-19 vaccine played a vital role in controlling the impact of Coronavirus and slowly but surely life is limping back to normalcy or we can say that we are now gearing up to embrace the old normal once again although interestingly the acceptance of old normal that is going to a dedicated workplace to discharge your responsibilities is facing resistance from many quarters.

Large organizations globally are evaluating the pros and cons of going back to have a compulsory physical presence of their employees or allowing them to work virtually. Interestingly several global researches are showing that productivity of workers increased while working remotely from their home.
