In a recent Q&A session on her social media stories, Anoushey opened up about her journey with Shahab, revealing what made her believe he was the one. “Knowing yourself better makes you understand what you want in life. The more you reflect and become aware, the easier it is to spot good people,” she shared. “We met in 2021, and I knew I’d met someone honest, respectful, and kind. I’m always happy and calm around him. May Allah be praised.”
Childhood Connection Rekindled
When asked if Shahab was a distant relative, Anoushey revealed that their mothers are related, and they had known each other since childhood.
However, due to his residence in England and hers in Pakistan, they hadn’t seen each other in many years until they reconnected in 2021.
Balancing Work and Life
As for her plans, Anoushey assured her fans that she will continue to work as a VJ, albeit with a more flexible schedule. “I plan to be back and forth for the time being. Let’s see how it works out over the next year, but of course, I shall continue to work no matter where in the world I am. I started at 18, it keeps me alive and afloat, so it’s not going anywhere!”
