The budget, prepared jointly by the PCB and the ICC Finance Department, underwent thorough scrutiny to cover all necessary expenses.
Speculation Over Additional Funds
Sources close to the ICC revealed an extra $4.5 million has been set aside for unforeseen expenses. This has led to speculation that some matches might be hosted outside Pakistan if India decides not to travel.
