1. Gochujang Korean Noodle
Gochujang is a flavorful Korean chili paste, packed with spices. It’s fiery and delicious. The common paste is often used to whip up some quick and spicy ramen.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey (or sugar)
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- Noodles of choice (rice, ramen, or udon)
- Veggies (bell peppers, jalapenos, or serranos)
Instructions:
- Cook noodles as per the package instructions.

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup kimchi
- 2 tbsp kimchi juice

Instructions:

- Add bok choy stems and carrots for 2 minutes, then add leaves for 1 minute.
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Assemble noodles in a bowl, pour broth over, and garnish with green onions.
3. Chicken Ramen Stir-fry
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (cut into pieces)
- 2 packs of chicken-flavored ramen
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup cashews
Instructions:
- Cook chicken in a skillet. Set aside.
- Cook ramen with peppers and seasoning.
- Add sauce mix and chicken, stir well, and cook for 3-5 minutes. Garnish with cashews and green onions.
