Xiaomi announced which devices would soon receive Android 15 through a HyperOS 2.0 update nearly two weeks ago. The company stated that by the end of the year, more than 50 devices will have received the update. Of those, more than a dozen should see Xiaomi’s latest OS this month.
This update has the latest HyperOS version, which includes Android 15 with tons of new features, improvements, and visual changes. There are more phones lined up to receive the update this month. Some of these include the Xiaomi Mix Flip, Redmi Note 13 Pro series, POCO X6 Pro, and Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro.

HyperOS 2.0: What’s New?
- HyperOS 2.0 brings Android 15 along with other new features and visual changes. Some of these include a dynamic AI-powered lock screen for personalised wallpapers.
- The desktop has been redesigned with improved widget selection, customisable content, and visual grades.
- HyperOS 2.0 should also make the UI smoother with improved transitions. Xiaomi has also added a 3D weather system that offers real atmospheric conditions.
- There are also a plethora of new AI features, such as AI sound recognition to identify and transcribe speaker-specific audio in calls, recordings, or meetings, and AI writing tools to enhance or expand text on-screen.
