The Ministry of Religious Affairs has said that the last date to apply for Hajj 2025 is today, December 17. Candidates are required to submit their forms at the stated banks before the allocated time expires. All Hajj applications received by December 17 will be processed on a โfirst come, first servedโ basis. The Ministry of Religious Affairs also mentioned that the second instalment of Hajj 2025 dues should be paid at designated banks from December 19 to December 27. Pilgrims are advised to get the latest information by installing the โPak Hajjโ app.

The SBP had directed the designated banks โto keep their concerned branches open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on November 30, 2024 and December 1, 2024 throughout the country.โ
To support the pilgrims, the government reduced Hajj airfare by Rs14,000, setting the cost at Rs220,000 per person. This reduction, part of a Rs1.24 billion relief package, marks the second consecutive year of airfare cuts. Airlines, including PIA, Saudi Airlines, and private carriers, have agreed to the revised rates. This has provided much-needed financial relief to Hajj applicants.
