Email Threat Shocks Bollywood
The email from a threat that seemed to be emanating from Pakistan, allegedly had a threat in which dire consequences awaited Kapil Sharma within eight hours of noncompliance with specific demands. The police further clarified that the seriousness of the email was heightened, since Sharma handled it confidentially. It ended with a name—“BISHNU.”

FIR Registered Against Unknown Sender
Sharma has filed FIR with the Amboli Police under Section 351(3) of the BNS Act. Authorities have started tracing the sender and probing into its authenticity. As celebrities are being targeted more frequently, the police are taking care of this matter.

Kapil Sharma joins the list of celebrities who have received such threats. Recently, Rajpal Yadav, Sugandha Mishra and Remo D’Souza have received threatening emails.
