Pak-India Champions Trophy Tickets Sold Out Under in an Hour

The ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 match between Pakistan and India saw an overwhelming response, with tickets selling out in less than an hour. Over 140,000 fans queued online to grab seats for the highly-anticipated match on February 23 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The demand surged as Champions Trophy tickets became available on Monday, covering both Pakistan-hosted matches and four Dubai fixtures.

Pakistan is set to host ten matches, while Dubai will stage four, including all three of Indiaโ€™s group-stage games and the first semi-final. The final, initially scheduled for Lahore, may shift to Dubai if India qualifies. The tournament, running from February 19 to March 9, features eight teams playing across Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Dubai.

The Pak-India tickets, priced between AED500 and AED12,500, generated AED45.6 million (Rs3.4 billion) in total sales. Dubaiโ€™s other match tickets sold for AED88.5 million, with prices starting at AED125. Meanwhile, Pakistan has launched physical ticket sales in 26 cities through 108 designated centres.

The eight-team tournament comprises 15 matches, with teams divided into two groups. Group A includes Pakistan, India, New Zealand and Bangladesh, while Group B consists of Afghanistan, South Africa, England and Australia. The tournament opener on February 19 will see Pakistan face New Zealand. The final’s ticket sales will commence after the first semi-final concludes.
