Pakistan, which has not yet qualified for the World Cup, will also compete in the qualifiers, aiming to earn its place in the prestigious event. To prepare for the challenge, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has set up a 27-day training camp for the national womenโs team at the High-Performance Academy in Faisalabad. Running from 2 to 28 February, the camp includes 50-over practice matches and intensive training sessions focused on improving skills and fitness.
As part of an agreement following Indiaโs decision not to travel to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy, the ICC has also awarded Pakistan the hosting rights for the 2028 Womenโs T20 World Cup.
