Music Industry Shocked as Indian Rapper Found Dead in Suspected Suicide

On 9 February 2025, the dead body of the popular Odia rapper, Abhinav Singh was found by the Bengaluru police in his apartment at Kadubeesanahalli. The police investigation immediately hinted at suicide as the likely cause of death, with Singh being spotted for the last time during dinner with a friend before heading back to his residence later in the evening.

The Investigation and Initial Findings

Following an autopsy, the authorities established that Singh had died from suicide. The police investigation, however, continues to establish the complete circumstances surrounding this tragic incident.

The rapper went out to have dinner with one of his closest friends before returning home at about 9 pm on February 9. That evening, his life came to a tragic end. Singh was alone when he died, the stated.

Allegations of Marital Issues

Singh’s family, especially his father, have expressed concerns that marital issues were involved in his death. The family asserts that Singh’s wife had accused him of making false charges, which likely caused serious personal and emotional distress. These marital issues, they imply, might have led him to take his own life.

Considering these charges, the father of Juggernaut Singh, Bijay Nanda Singh, approached the Odisha Lalbagh police station with a case. The family wants a proper and transparent investigation into the death of their son to provide justice.
