AirSial has taken a momentous leap in its global aspirations, expanding its flight network to include Jeddah. The airline’s latest endeavor will see the commencement of two weekly flights from Sialkot, complemented by five weekly flights from both Multan and Karachi.
In a momentous inauguration ceremony held at the Sialkot International Airport, AirSial Chairman Fazal Jilani and UAE Consul General in Karachi, Bakheet Ateeq Al-Rumaithi, jointly marked the official launch of the airline’s inaugural international flight.
The event exuded an air of understated elegance, with a symbolic cake-cutting ceremony serving as the centerpiece. Dignitaries from Sialkot International Airport and AirSial graced the occasion, adding to its significance.
Al-Rumaithi extended his sincere felicitations to AirSial’s Chairman and the entire team for the successful expansion of the airline’s global flight operations. He lauded the journey of progress, noting that the launch of international flights is a remarkable achievement, following the establishment of an international airport by Sialkot’s enterprising business community.
Reflecting on his personal encounter, the UAE Consul General shared, “I have traveled with AirSial, and my experience was truly exceptional.”
AirSial’s entrance into the international arena comes after its debut in the domestic skies on December 25, 2020. The airline initiated its operations with Airbus A320-200 aircraft servicing the Karachi-Islamabad route, boasting an initial fleet of three Airbus A320-200 planes.
Conceived by visionaries from the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry, AirSial has acquired authorized airline status and has swiftly emerged as a prominent player in the aviation realm.
