Pakistan cricket fans have something exciting to look forward to in May as the Bangladesh menโs team is all set to tour the country for a limited-overs series, featuring three ODIs and three T20Is.
This will be Bangladeshโs second tour in two years, and if history is any indication, theyโll be feeling confident. The last time they visited, they stunned Pakistan with a 2-0 Test series victoryโa result thatโs still fresh in the minds of cricket fans.
The series is expected to take place right after the PSL 2025, which is scheduled to run from April 11 to May 18. While the exact dates havenโt been announced yet, media reports suggest that Faisalabad, Multan, and Lahore will host the matches.
Originally, this series was part of the Future Tours Programme (FTP) but got postponed due to scheduling conflicts.

However, things took a positive turn after Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Chairman Faruque Ahmed visited Pakistan for the Champions Trophy 2025 discussions.
Following his meetings with PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, both boards agreed to reschedule the series for May.
Ahmed expressed his gratitude, saying: โI would like to thank PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi for inviting me. There has been a discussion between the two boards to hold a white-ball series apart from the FTP. The boards are in talks to schedule the series.โ
Naqvi, in return, appreciated Bangladeshโs support for the Champions Trophy 2025 and confirmed that discussions had been ongoing for weeks.
