Apple is expected to release iOS 18.2 update in the second week of December. This update is highly anticipated because it includes the arrival of the second tranche of Apple Intelligence and introduces access to ChatGPT. This feature is one of the most significant in Apple Intelligence. It will allow users to create custom images, using concepts and descriptions from their photo library. These images can be generated in multiple styles, including animation, illustration, and more.
ChatGPT Siri
This feature will allow users to access ChatGPT without an account and through Siri. Siri will tap into ChatGPT and provide you with relevant solutions to your questions.
Genmoji
Genmoji will allow users to create custom emojis, freeing them from the limitations of the standard emoji set.
iPhone Charge Time Estimate
The new update will enable users to get notified about how long it will take their iPhone to reach a specific charge level. It would build upon iOS 18’s existing battery health capabilities.
Visual Intelligence
The Visual intelligence feature will offer insights into your surroundings. For instance, when you open the camera and aim it at a café, you’ll receive details such as opening hours and reviews.

Release Date
The iOS update 19.2 is expected to release on 9 December 2024, at 10:00 AM EST or 07:00 AM PT. For those who live outside the US, the update will be available as per their time zone.
