Pakistan’s beloved actor, Fawad Khan, is perhaps trying to re-enter the gates of Bollywood. The star rose to popularity after being cast in two top-hit series, Zindagi Gulzar Hai and Humsafar. Fawad then eventually made his way into films. From there, Fawad Khan debuted in Bollywood, co-starring with Sonam Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Sidharth Malhotra.

Fawad Khan Makes A Come Back In Bollywood

Fawad Khan is currently set to make a grand return to Bollywood, and we can’t wait. Starring alongside Vaani Kapoor in an upcoming film. Indian media reports have revealed that this yet-untitled project will be filmed entirely in the UK. Directed by Aarti Bagdi, the movie is a Hindi romantic comedy.

Fawad Khan’s well-known for his roles in “Khoobsurat” and “Kapoor & Sons.” In a previous interview with Ahmad Ali Butt, Fawad discussed the politics of the entertainment industry. He shared, “I got a lot of love from India, but every industry has its politics. It’s easier to combat it in your own country. I’m not saying it’s unheard of, I’m sure it happens everywhere.” Unfortunately, it’s true! There’s indeed too much politics involved and you can either play along or give up.

Though his goodbye to Bollywood broke many hearts, both Pakistani and Indian, since then he is soon to appear in other exciting projects. He will appear in the series “Barzakh,” reuniting with his “Zindagi Gulzar Hai” co-star Sanam Saeed. Additionally, Fawad, along with Mahira Khan and Sanam Saeed, will star in Netflix’s first Pakistan-themed original, “Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo,” an adaptation of Farhat Ishtiaq’s bestselling novel.
