The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has announced an amazing scholarship opportunity for students aspiring to pursue their academic goals in Germany. In collaboration with the German support organization, Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD), scholarships are now available for Development-Related Postgraduate Courses (EPOS).
The HEC took to Twitter to share the news, stating that the EPOS program offers foreign graduates from developed and newly industrialized countries the chance to pursue a postgraduate or Master’s degree at a state or state-recognized university in Germany. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.

Criteria and Eligibility
To be eligible for the program, candidates must show their commitment to development-related motivations and a willingness to initiate positive changes in their personal and professional environments. The DAAD emphasizes that applicants should be engaged in planning and executing development policies within public authorities, state or private companies in developing countries.
Applicants should have completed their previous academic degree with exceptional results (upper third) and possess at least two years of relevant professional experience after their Bachelor’s degree. Degrees obtained should not be older than six years, and individuals residing in Germany for over 15 months are not eligible for the scholarship.
