For the longest time, the major vaccination facilities in Karachi have been Expo Centre and Khaliq Dina Hall, running 24/7. There have been other vaccination centers that administer vaccines for specific time periods but not around the clock. As a result, when Sindh was placed under lockdown for fear of Delta variant as well as the threat of sim blockade was announced, people rushed to the 24-hour vaccination centers. The said vaccination centers have been overcrowded ever since.
