Coronavirus is a deadly virus spreading across the globe. It has infected over 127,800 people globally and killed over 4,700 as of Thursday and will continue to spread far and wide causing more casualties.
The virus spreads like wildfire that limits medical care to many such as Italy’s crisis eventually leading the country to lockdown. So, if you’re someone who displays symptoms of the deadly virus you must self-quarantine.
Self-quarantine must be taken into consideration if in case you have been exposed to someone who has been tested positive for COVID-19.

What does Quarantine mean?
Quarantine is a restriction on the movement of people to prevent the spread of disease. It is often used in connection to disease and illness, preventing the movement of those who may have been exposed to the virus, but do not have a confirmed medical diagnosis.
What Can You Do To Self Quarantine?
- Stay Home
- Do not Use Public Transporation
- Avoid Public Areas
- Stay away from people, even from your partner
- Sleep in a separate room
- Use a separate restroom
- Cover your coughs and sneezes
- Wear a mask
- Wash your hands
- Use a sanitizer
- Clean surfaces
- Monitor fever
- Get medical assistance as soon as possible
- Open Windows
- Do not share clothes or any other items in the house
