Content creators Amtul Baweja and Fahad Tariq of Patangeer shared their insights on managing stress in the fast-paced world of social media. โ€œNever let pressure consume you. As independent creators, we donโ€™t have bosses, which reduces stress. While our field constantly evolves with new challenges, we stay resilient by keeping our work unique and purposeful,โ€ they explained. They also stressed the importance of self-care, taking breaks, and maintaining a clear boundary between personal and professional life.

Azka Waqar, Unileverโ€™s Director of Transformation and Customer Development, emphasised the need for a strong support system. โ€œAvoid bottling up concerns. Hafsa Shamsi, Managing Director of Roche Pharma, highlighted the importance of self-acceptance. โ€œAccepting ourselves truthfully fosters physical, psychological, and spiritual growth. While life is busy, prioritising oneself and finding time for personal development is essential,โ€ she stated.
