  1. 1 Tbsp Chilli Oil (Any store-bought one will do)
  2. 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
  3. 3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  4. 3 eggs

  1. Take a small pan over medium heat, and melt the butter.
  2. Once the butter is hot, evenly sprinkle the parmesan cheese, and repeat with the chili oil.
