If there is one trio movie fanatics enthusiastically wait to see together in Bollywood, it is the Khans. Shah Rukh, Salman and Amir Khan are undoubtedly the biggest names in the Hindi Film industry, with their fans spreading all across the world.
Red Film Festival
The three superstars have never appeared in a movie together. However, this might change soon. During the recent Red Film Festival, Amir hinted that a film with SRK and Salman might be happening soon. They are waiting for the right script.
“About six months ago, Shah Rukh, Salman and I were together, and we discussed the idea of working together. I was the one who brought it up, and both Shah Rukh and Salman agreed that it would be sad if we didn’t do a film together,” Aamir said.
Amir further revealed that the actors are in agreement and hope that the project will come to fruition soon. The last time the actors appeared in a single frame was during the pre-wedding functions of Anand Ambani, the son of Billionaire Mukesh Ambani. Their reunion at the wedding excited the fans and stirred rumours of a big-screen collaboration.
Earlier Rumours
Surprisingly, this isn’t the first time Amir has hinted at a film starring the three actors. Earlier, in The Great Indian Kapil Show, Amir expressed his desire to work with Salman and Shah Rukh Khan and remarked that it would be unfair to the audience if such a collaboration didn’t happen.
We’ve been working in the same industry for so long, and at this stage of our careers, it would be unfair to our audience if we didn’t do at least one film together,” Aamir shared.
The news has sent fans into a frenzy. While no official announcement has been made yet, fans are hopeful that they will soon see their favourite Khans together on the big screen. Only time will tell what these actors have been cooking.
