ISPR pays tribute to martyrs ahead of defence day

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has released a video ahead of Defence Day paying tribute to the families of the martyrs. The title of the short video is ‘Super Hero,’ and this is the second video ahead of September 6. Meanwhile, Defence day is celebrated in Pakistan to commemorate the sacrifices made by the Pakistani soldiers in 1965.

DG ISPR Latest Post 

ISPR shared a video on the official Twitter account on Saturday. More so, the video honors and pays tribute to the martyrs and their families.

“Greetings to the martyrs and their relatives… martyrs are the pride of Pakistan,” the caption quotes.

This year, Defence Day will seek a new theme of Watan Ki Matti Gawah Rehna (the country’s soil be a witness — to our endeavors of nation-building and protection). However, the Defence Day celebration is going to be under strict COVID-19 protocols throughout the country. Says DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar announced on Friday.

“The nation needs to reach out to the families of the martyrs who spilled their blood for the motherland and pay their respects and salute to their valiant martyrs and as well as their loved ones,” he requested.
