The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted a slight drop in temperatures in Karachi over the next three days. The mercury is expected to fall by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius. A shift in wind direction is bringing drier conditions, keeping daytime temperatures between 33 and 35 degrees Celsius.
According to the Met Office, Karachi’s current temperature is 19°C, with partly cloudy skies and a humidity level of 48%. Winds from the northeast are blowing at 6 kilometers per hour, it added. Meanwhile, weather in hilly areas is expected to turn colder, with the PMD predicting chilly conditions in parts of northern Pakistan.

During the past 24 hours, most regions experienced partly cloudy weather. However, rain and thunderstorms were reported in isolated areas of Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Punjab, Islamabad and upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The PMD continues to monitor the changing weather patterns and advises residents to stay updated on forecasts.
