Famous Pakistani actress, Nadia Khan, has recently spoken in a show and opened up about her past when she was bullied and also got bullied by her other classmates during her time.

Bullying Impacts
Nadia Khan shares her experience of school years, the show breaks the curtain of the problem of bullying. In her teenage, she continued to experience attacks from her fellow students with severe effects on her self-image and psychological well-being. Through Khan’s narration, one gets to learn how bullying negatively impacts on the lives of young persons as it influences their perception towards themselves as well as others.
Switching Schools
She continued with the experience of moving from one school to another which worsened her situation. She was able find it hard to develop close friendships and fit into new groups due to change in environments.
Every transfer entailed difficulties in coping with the system in a new school, and therefore it was even difficult for them to break the system of bullying. This is compounded by other challenges that any child who moves from one place to another more often than others, through no fault of his/her own, is likely to experience; isolation, amongst others.

Finding Strength and Resilience
Nevertheless, the case of Nadia Khan may also be regarded as a successful story in the context of a woman’s strength and perseverance. She also shared with the audience how she was able to deal with the situation being bullying and how she was able to look for her form of healing.
Altogether although Khan had faced several adversities in her life, she has to succeed in overcoming them by gaining personal development and support from her surroundings. Thus, Her story highlights the importance of seeking help, building confidence, and addressing common teenage problems.
