Prominent Pakistani companies like Nestlรฉ, Unilever, and Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) made it to the top. These companies earned praise for fostering happy and productive workplaces.
Other notable names include Bank Alfalah, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), and the University of Karachi. Additionally, Pakistan State Oil, Alltech, HBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and Pakistan Petroleum are featured on the list. Companies like Jadeed and Factory X also secured spots for their employee satisfaction efforts.
Exceptional Happiness Scores
Several Pakistani companies achieved remarkable happiness scores. Some even hit an impressive 95% overall score. Organisations like Titanicofficial, Unique Cycle Industry, and Zong excelled. Fazal Paper Mills, Infiniti Software, and Bestway Cement followed closely.
Others like MCB Bank Limited, Mobilink, Flip Communication, Bank of Punjab, and Attock Refinery Limited also ranked highly. Their efforts to improve employee satisfaction paid off significantly.

Globally, South Africaโs DiFusion Technologies claimed the top spot. It earned a perfect happiness score of 100%. The Pavilion Shopping Centre from South Africa ranked second. Avis Budget Group from the United States secured third place.
Massive Participation and Rigorous Testing
Over 100,000 organisations entered this yearโs competition. More than one million employees participated in the โHappy at Workโ test. This test assessed well-being, job satisfaction, and reward systems. It also evaluated information sharing, empowerment, and pride in workplaces.
To qualify, companies needed a score of at least 70%. Those who met the benchmark proved their dedication to workplace happiness.
This recognition emphasises the importance of a positive workplace culture. Happier employees lead to greater engagement and organisational success. The 2025 list celebrates companies that prioritise well-being and inspire others to do the same.
