Netflix Pakistan is now charging membership holders within the country in local currency, Rupees. This new change has already been implied from 27th August 2018 onwards.
Earlier in a statement, Netflix said:
“This change is part of our ongoing work to improve Netflix for our members in Pakistan,”
How To Use & Activate Netflix
Select Package
The good news is that the first month’s subscription is free of charge! Afterwards, you can select any desirable package from the Basic (PKR 950), Standard (PKR 1,200) or Premium (PKR 1,500) packages respectively. Say “Hi” to unlimited television goodness and movies!
The Basic package offers viewings in SD (Standard Definition) only with single screen allowed to be viewed on one device only. HD (High Definition) is available for the Standard and Premium package subscribers whereas Ultra HD (4K resolution) is only available to the Premium package users.
More than one screen can be shared with pals in the Standard and Premium packages with Standard allowing a limit of up to two screens or devices and Premium permits usage of up to four screens at a time.
As of now, Netflix Pakistan is offering various shows, movies, and other content from worldwide as well as local content.
