Natural catastrophes frequently occur around the world, and they can seriously harm economies and populations. Nonetheless, amid a crisis, individuals frequently band together to help those who have been impacted by these catastrophes. Particularly famous people can use their platforms to support the impacted communities by bringing attention to them and raising money for them. Celebrities have the ability to positively touch the lives of individuals impacted by natural disasters, whether it’s through donations, volunteer work, or simply leveraging their social media presence to inspire others to contribute.

However, celebrities do not always prove to use their platforms for a good cause. Recently, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Sindh were among the areas of Pakistan that saw heavy flooding in June 2022. Heavy monsoon rains contributed to the floods by overflowing rivers and forcing hundreds of people to flee their homes. The economy was severely harmed as a result of the destruction of numerous homes, companies, and farms. In order to give food, housing, and medical attention to the afflicted populations, the government and humanitarian organizations collaborated. Despite these attempts, the floods had a terrible effect on many people’s lives, and it will likely take a while for things to get back to normal.

However, recently after the floods hit and even during the climactic times, Pakistani celebrities went ahead and conducted and attended the 8th Hum Style Awards. The grand event was hosted at FirstOntario Centre, Hamilton, Canada. The ceremony was televised on Hum TV. Was conducting such an extravagant awards show amidst a national crisis absolutely necessary?
Many people died as a result of the floods. Many homes, businesses, and agricultural fields were severely damaged as a result of the torrential rains and flooding, which forced thousands of people to flee their homes. Several others suffered job losses as a result, leaving them struggling for survival. Many lives were also lost as a result of the floods; according to some estimates, hundreds of people perished as a result of the calamity. For the impacted populations, the floods had long-term effects in addition to their immediate effects because it was extremely difficult for them to reconstruct their homes and ways of life. For people who lost loved ones or suffered permanent harm or disability as a result of the disaster, the healing process was likely to be slow and challenging. But apparently, Pakistani celebs weren’t concerned about this.

However, on the other hand, Turkey went through something similar recently. The city of Karamanmaras was hit by a 7.1 magnitude earthquake. Many individuals were hurt as well as major damage to the city’s infrastructure and structures was inflicted by the earthquake. According to accounts, rescue personnel worked nonstop to extricate countless citizens who were stuck beneath the wreckage of collapsed buildings. The Turkish government and local authorities responded to the disaster immediately, sending emergency services to the affected districts to help people who needed it.

The quakes have resulted in more than 37,000 fatalities and tens of thousands of injuries so far. Moreover, thousands of buildings have been reduced to ruins. The extent of the infrastructure damage in both Syria and Turkey has not yet been fully determined, but according to Turkey’s environment minister Murat Kurum, 24,921 buildings in the nation have collapsed or suffered significant damage. But did their celebrities attend award shows during such distressing times? No.

A fundraising campaign organized by eight national TV stations and other Turkish celebrities who gave in response to pleas for help raised almost $6.1 billion for the earthquake victims in Turkey. Millions of people from Turkey and other countries took part in a massive fundraising drive to aid tens of thousands of earthquake survivors, including children, adults, businesses, religious minorities, organizations, and labor unions. Nihat Hatipoglu, Pelin Cift, ex-model Ala Ikel, media mogul Acun Ilcal, and others who are well-known on Turkish television moderated the seven-hour live fundraising event.
The nation’s telecom firms simultaneously sent out more than 9 million SMS as part of the campaign. Gifts were given to the Turkish Red Crescent and the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) by children, soldiers, diplomats, and CEOs of significant corporations.

Among many renowned celebrities, the Love For Rent actor Barış Arduç, TV presenter Esra Erol, and Warrior star Berk Oktay were also present on stage answering the phone calls set up for donations.
Other famous faces taking part in the campaign were Burak Özçivit, Hande Erçel, Engin Akyürek, Afra Saraçoğlu, Mert Ramzan Demir, Burak Deniz, Alp Navruz, Aslı Enver, Merve Dizdar, Barış Falay, Selahattin Paşalı, Özge Özpirinçci, Uğur Güneş, Murat Yıldırım, Mehmet Özgür, Birkan Sokullu, Eda Ece, Melisa Aslı Pamuk, Ismail Hacıoğlu, Kadir Doğulu and his wife Neslihan Atagül Doğulu, Seda Sayan, Hasan Can Kaya, Aras Bulut Iynemli, Ezgi Mola and Halit Ergenç. Turkish celebrities asked the public to give generously to the Turkish Red Crescent and Turkish Disaster Management Agency for charity campaigns.

Smartphones have become an essential component of our daily lives in today’s society. We use our phones for a variety of things, from making calls and sending texts to browsing the internet and snapping photographs. With the advancement of technology, smartphone makers are always pushing the boundaries by producing new gadgets with more features, improved performance, and greater costs. The Xiaomi 12S Ultra, a $43,000 concept phone, is the newest contribution to this trend.
The Xiaomi 12S Ultra is a concept phone that the firm just unveiled. It is said to include a 200-megapixel camera, 10x optical zoom, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPU. The display on the phone is claimed to be a 7.2-inch OLED panel with a 4K resolution. It also has a selfie camera built into the display, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and 16GB of RAM.
Hands on with Xiaomi's $43,000 12S Ultra Concept Phone!
Yet the issue is, how realistic is it to spend $43,000 for a smartphone? Let’s take a deeper look at the Xiaomi 12S Ultra’s features to determine if it’s worth the price.
$43,000 worth of Specs?
First and foremost, let’s speak about the camera. A 200-megapixel camera with a 10x optical zoom is certainly remarkable, but it’s important to understand that megapixel quantity isn’t the only aspect that influences camera quality. Additional elements, including as lens quality, image processing, and software optimization, are also important. It’s also worth noting that the typical individual may not require such a powerful camera, particularly if they aren’t experienced photographers.
Source: GamingPuty
Going on to the display, a 7.2-inch OLED panel with a 4K resolution is unquestionably stunning. But, it’s worth noting that most people won’t be able to notice the difference between a 4K and a 1080p smartphone display. Also, a larger display implies a larger phone, which may not be practical for regular usage.
Another noteworthy feature is the under-display selfie camera. While it’s an interesting concept, keep in mind that the technology is still in its early stages and may not be as dependable as standard selfie cameras. Similarly, in-display fingerprint sensors are reported to be less accurate than physical sensors.
Finally, let us discuss the cost. The Xiaomi 12S Ultra costs $43,000, which is much higher than most other smartphones on the market. While this is a concept phone, the actual product is unlikely to be priced this expensive. Even if the price is drastically lowered, it is still necessary to examine if the phone’s features are worth the investment.
Making the iPhone 14 Pro Max look cheap
When compared to the iPhone 14 Pro Max, the Xiaomi 12S Ultra has several outstanding capabilities, like a 200-megapixel camera with 10x optical zoom. But, keep in mind that the iPhone is a tried-and-true product with a well-established ecosystem and support. Furthermore, Apple smartphones are recognized for their dependability and lifespan, but Xiaomi products are not.
Nonetheless, it is essential to assess whether the phone’s functions are practical and useful for daily usage. At $43,000, the phone is much more expensive than most other cellphones on the market, and the final device is unlikely to be priced this high.

BMW, the German carmaker, has announced the introduction of a test fleet of hydrogen vehicles, the iX5, which will utilize Toyota fuel cell technology. This is a big step forward in BMW’s attempts to extend its low-emission vehicle lineup and reach its goal of becoming carbon-neutral by 2050.
The iX5 will be powered by a fuel cell stack, which produces solely water vapor as a byproduct of the interaction between hydrogen and oxygen. Toyota will provide the fuel cell, which has been a pioneer in fuel cell technology and has already developed its own fuel cell car, the Mirai.
Partnering with Toyota
BMW’s choice to collaborate with Toyota on fuel cell technology is a wise one, as it allows them to benefit from Toyota’s experience in this field while also lowering development costs and shortening the time to market. BMW and Toyota have been working jointly on developing hydrogen fuel cell technologies and other powertrain solutions since 2013.
Source: CNBC
After the release of the I Hydrogen Next concept in 2019, the iX5 will be BMW’s second hydrogen fuel cell car. The I Hydrogen Next was based on the BMW X5 SUV and utilised a BMW-developed fuel cell technology. But, the business has now opted to use Toyota’s fuel cell technology for the iX5, which should increase performance and economy.
The iX5 will have a range of around 500 kilometers (311 miles) on a single tank of hydrogen, making it a viable alternative for long-distance travel. It will also have a quick refilling time of around 3-5 minutes, equivalent to refueling a gasoline automobile.
Why Hydrogen cars?
While hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are currently a very small market, they have some benefits over battery-electric vehicles (BEVs). For one thing, they offer larger ranges and faster recharging periods, making them more suited for long-distance travel and commercial use. Furthermore, they do not need a massive network of charging stations because hydrogen refueling stations may be established in the same way that gasoline stations are.
Source: Autovvistas
Yet, significant obstacles must be overcome before hydrogen fuel cell vehicles can become commonplace. One of the most significant obstacles is a lack of hydrogen refueling infrastructure, which is presently confined to a few dozen facilities in the United States and Europe. This makes it difficult for customers to buy and utilize hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, limiting their potential for broad adoption.
Another issue is that the cost of creating hydrogen is still greater than the cost of producing gasoline or diesel. While considerable progress has been made in lowering the cost of hydrogen generation, more research and investment will be required to make it a viable alternative to fossil fuels.
Notwithstanding these obstacles, BMW’s plan to establish a test fleet of hydrogen vehicles powered by Toyota’s fuel cell technology is a step forward for the industry. It illustrates that manufacturers are investing in hydrogen fuel cell technology and are dedicated to providing consumers with a larger selection of low-emission solutions.

According to the UAE consul general, many Pakistanis with work permits in the country are breaking Wadeema Law. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) government has decided to strictly enforce its regulations governing the acquisition of visas for Pakistanis under the age of 18 in an effort to protect children’s rights.

“A big number of Pakistanis who have work visas in the UAE are breaking Wadeema Law — Federal Law No. 3 of 2016 concerning child rights,” claimed UAE Consul General in Karachi Bakheet Ateeq Al-Remeithi. The consul general claims that these rules specify children’s rights to education and that many Pakistanis deny those rights by forcing their kids to stay home and study. “The government has made tough decisions in this regard at an important meeting in the past,” he said, adding that the rules regarding the rights of children with families living in the UAE must be strictly enforced.
The Emirati representative emphasized the value of education for kids. The UAE government has made the decision to punish parents who disobey child protection rules. Wadeema rule only applies to Pakistanis with valid work or residency visas, he declared. Al-Remeithi also asked Pakistani parents living abroad in the UAE to support their kids’ education and defend their rights, including those pertaining to their health and freedoms.

Resources were also informed by the consul general that there are 16–17 million Pakistanis living in the UAE. He warned the media outlet that those who break the law risk being expelled from the UAE and disclosed the limitations put in place for the issuance of new visas. “In the future, visas will be granted to Pakistanis who will assure full implementation of Wadeema law,” he stated.
Al-Remeithi stated that there is no such restriction on Pakistani nationals applying for a visit visa in response to the question of whether the law applies to other Pakistanis. The envoy made it clear that Pakistan is free to visit the UAE on a tourist visa and that the UAE government would welcome their arrival.

The phone will also include a 108-megapixel camera, which is one of the best resolution cameras available in a smartphone.
Xiaomi has long been renowned for its low prices, but its latest smartphone demonstrates that the business is also capable of producing high-end, premium products that can compete with those produced by Apple and Samsung. According to several analysts, the Mi Mix 5 might be the first Xiaomi product to properly compete with Apple and Samsung in the high-end smartphone market.
Can Xiaomi win its war for it’s market share?
Of all, Xiaomi is still a newcomer in this industry, and it will take some time for the business to establish itself as a legitimate rival. Yet, the firm has made tremendous strides in this area. According to IDC, Xiaomi was the world’s third biggest smartphone maker in Q3 2022, with a 13.1% market share.
Source: Gizomichina
One of the reasons for Xiaomi’s success has been its ability to provide high-quality smartphones at a low cost. This is especially essential in emerging economies, where users may be unable to buy pricey Apple and Samsung smartphones. Xiaomi has also been able to capitalize on the rising demand for low-cost 5G smartphones, allowing the business to expand its market share.
Apple and Samsung competing neck to neck
Xiaomi’s triumph, however, has not gone ignored by its competitors. Both Apple and Samsung are feeling the strain from Xiaomi, and both have made attempts to counteract Xiaomi’s rising impact. Apple, for example, has produced its own inexpensive iPhone, the iPhone SE, geared at users searching for a more reasonable gadget. Samsung has also introduced its own low-cost gadgets, such as the Galaxy A series. However Both firms have a devoted following of clients who are prepared to pay a premium for their products, and it is unlikely that they would part ways.
Despite these attempts, Xiaomi’s popularity continues to rise, and the company’s latest product demonstrates its ambition. The Mi Mix 5 is a premium gadget with cutting-edge technology that might serve to consolidate Xiaomi’s position as a key player in the industry.

Getting car windows tinted for security and skin concerns has gained momentum since last decade. However, the interior ministry banned glass tint permit back in 2013. Despite the government’s constant action to eliminate fake tint permits, many people have claimed to have received tint permits. Last year, the Ministry of Interior directed the FIA to launch a crackdown against people involved in producing and selling fake permits for tinted windows. The notification was issued claiming that the ministry hasn’t issued a single permission letter since 2013.
Car Tint Permit Issue
According to a letter issued in July 2022, the matter of fake tint permits was brought to light by the relevant authorities. According to the letter directed toward the FIA, the letter stated,
“It has been brought to the notice of the Ministry of Interior that fake letters for the use of tinted glasses are being issued in the name of the Ministry of Interior without any authorization.”
“It is a serious matter, FIA is, therefore, directed to investigate the matter thoroughly and register cases against the involved culprits under intimation to this ministry,” it read. Further adding that people are being robbed of their money in the name of fake permits and people are charging hefty amounts in the name of permits.

Ever since the official letter was issued, it was confirmed that all the people claiming to sell tint permits are fake and there is no such thing as the home secretary issuing permits for car tints.
Permit For Office Purposes
According to the sources, the car permit on the medical ground is also not liable since no department looks into the matter. According to Law, only law enforcement officials and those with vehicle ownership are under the name of someone who belongs to a public office or belongs to an autonomous institution. Under such circumstances, the home secretary can only issue the permit and not the DC.
Both firms have a devoted following of clients who are prepared to pay a premium for their products, and it is expected that this trend will continue. E-bikes have evolved as a popular and environmentally beneficial means of transportation as the globe strives towards a greener future. Yet, in Pakistan, the decision of whether or not to purchase an e-bike at this moment is hard.
On the surface, e-bikes appear to be a fantastic concept. They are ecologically friendly, inexpensive, and simple to use. They are ideal for individuals who wish to go small distances while avoiding the pollution that plagues many of our cities. Yet, there are other important considerations to consider before purchasing an e-bike in Pakistan.
Lack of infrastructure
The first consideration is a lack of infrastructure. The roads in Pakistan are not meant for bicycles, let alone e-bikes. There are few dedicated bike lanes, and those that do exist are frequently in disrepair. As a result, e-bikes must share the road with automobiles, buses, and trucks, which can be hazardous for novice riders. It may not be safe to ride an e-bike on Pakistani roads unless there is a large investment in cycling infrastructure.
Unsatisfactory quality
Another factor to consider is the quality of e-bikes on the market in Pakistan. Many of the e-bikes on the market are of low quality and are imported from China. They frequently have short battery life and are prone to failure. Due to the scarcity of dependable e-bikes in Pakistan, purchasing one might be dangerous. A mechanical failure or malfunction might leave you stuck on the side of the road, far from assistance.
High cost
The cost of e-bikes is also an important consideration. While e-bikes are often less expensive than vehicles, they are nevertheless a substantial investment. In Pakistan, the typical price of an e-bike is between Rs. 100,000 and Rs. 250,000, making it out of reach for many individuals. Given the present economic circumstances, purchasing an e-bike may not be prudent at this time. Additionally, maintenance and repair will be more expensive than the money saved on fuel.
Also, it is crucial to emphasize how Pakistan is yet to develop for electric vehicles in terms of charging stations and inexpensive power. Due to hefty import duties and energy costs, E motorcycles can be a financial drain.

The absence of infrastructure, low quality of current e-bikes, high expense, and harsh weather conditions make purchasing an e-bike problematic at this time. Unless these difficulties are solved, traditional forms of mobility, such as vehicles or public transit, may be preferable. While not as ecologically friendly as e-bikes, they are more practical and safer modes of transportation in Pakistan.

A video uploaded on the official account of the Honda Atlas Cars features Hira & Mani going for a test drive of the new Honda City. The entire video editing, production, and script seems like a big fail. And the video is not eye-catching, to say the least. Meanwhile, the comprehension of the video seems extremely off and half of the statements said by the couple are either cut off or repetitive. All in all, netizens have spoken up and the public is generally unamused.
If there is one thing that had people laughing more than the actual content is the netizens’ response to the post. The crackhead reactions and comments left everyone in fits where the couple was made fun of for being extremely cringy on multiple occasions in the same video.

Karachi, February 27, 2023, for the first time since the Covid-19 outbreak, Cambridge International conducted Cambridge Principals Forums in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad this month for educators in Pakistan. The gatherings in three cities brought together more than 509 leaders and educators from 411 Cambridge schools to debate the theme “Ready for the World.”
The keynote address was given by Dr. Mark Winterbottom, a professor of education at the University of Cambridge’s Faculty of Education, and his topic was “Positive classrooms, positive students: building a good learning environment.” The importance of fostering student and teacher autonomy, how it aids in the development of employable skills, and how it motivates teachers to foster a healthy learning environment for pupils in the classroom were among the major subjects covered by participants.
A useful panel discussion titled “Creating Better Futures: Developing World-Ready Skills in Students” was held after the keynote address. Thought leaders in education, business professionals, and students from prestigious universities participated in the panels in all three cities. They shared their perspectives on the abilities students should develop in order to face future challenges and how education can support the development of these abilities.
“As our world rapidly changes, we must equip our students with essential skills that transcend academic achievements and prepare them for real-life experiences,” said, Uzma Yousuf, Country Director, Pakistan at Cambridge International. “By instilling these skills early on in a student’s education journey, we are empowering them to traverse and solve the challenges of the future with confidence and resilience. Now, more than ever, we must prioritize the development of these skills in our students”, she added.
Once more, Cambridge is setting educational records. They made the exciting announcement of establishing an Early Years curriculum specifically created for kids between the ages of 3 and 6 at the most recent Principals Forum. This internationally benchmarked curriculum, which was created by specialists and is based on cutting-edge research, will provide young learners with a strong foundation to build upon as they go through their educational journey. Early skill acquisition will better prepare pupils to face problems and succeed in all facets of their lives, from school to job and beyond. This new Early Years curriculum is no exception to Cambridge’s commitment to raising the bar for education.
The goal of Cambridge is to help students build lifelong talents, not simply academic credentials. During a panel discussion during the event, leaders from universities and other sectors backed the Cambridge concept as well. The panelists all agreed that schools may establish a holistic environment that promotes growth, creativity, and innovation by integrating extracurricular activities with a structured learning process. The panelists emphasized that in addition to helping students gain new information and skills, the educational process should also help them realize their full potential and open up a world of opportunities.
One attendee emphasized the significance of these occasions by saying, “By coming together at events like this, we have the opportunity to exchange our experiences and viewpoints, and to learn from one another about how we may best prepare our children for success in the real world.”
Annual gatherings known as Cambridge Principals Forums give school administrators the chance to network, share best practices, interact with the Cambridge International team, and learn more about Cambridge’s current and future work with Pakistani schools. The British Council provided schools with updates on their efforts to administer exams to pupils in Pakistan as part of this year’s festivities.

With more than 1.4 billion people and 9.6 million kilometers of territory, China is one of the largest nations in the world. China’s rapid economic development and a rise in individualism and smaller families have diminished older people’s social standing. The number of elderly individuals has dramatically increased at the same time as this development.
Although many nations are dealing with an aging population, China presently has the biggest number of senior citizens worldwide. China had 254 million people who were 60 or older in 2019. This figure is projected to rise to 402 million by 2040, or about 28% of the population. The impact of these developments on China’s health is significant, with non-communicable disease risk and burden increasing along with the demand for health and social care systems. How did China adjust?

One Child Policy And Its Impacts
Starting in 1980, introduced by Deng Xiaoping, China’s one-child policy was severely enforced, after the population grew from 540 million in 1949 to 969 million in 1980. Fines and frequently forced abortions as penalties for those who disobeyed them. Prior to enacting a three-child policy in May 2021, China formally terminated its one-child policy in January 2016 in favor of a two-child program. It limited the majority of couples to having only one child, and for years, the government claimed it was a major contributor to the nation’s economic boom. If they were discovered to have more than one kid, employees of government-affiliated organizations and university staff ran the possibility of losing their jobs.

Second children could not be registered in the national household system if their parents did not pay a fine, which prevented them from having a legal existence and denied them access to social services like health care and education. Due to a long-standing social preference for boys, the policy resulted in sex-selective abortions or infanticides that targeted female babies. The one-child policy was widely understood to mean one birth per household, which meant that mothers who delivered two or more children simultaneously would not be punished. According to numerous stories in Chinese and foreign media, this loophole encouraged mothers to use fertility medications to have multiple pregnancies.

In an effort to address its aging population and diminishing workforce, China formally repealed its one-child policy on January 1, 2016, when a bill enabling married couples to have a second child was signed into law. There has also been a progressive easing of other restrictions on having children. Guangdong, Yunnan, Jiangxi, Hainan, and Fujian officials were ordered to alter the regulations that allowed employers to terminate employees who had additional children in October 2017.
The term “family planning” was also dropped by President Xi Jinping in 2017, who instead said that China would support “the coordination of birthing programs with other economic and social policies. The party work report didn’t mention “birth control” for the first time in close to 30 years.
Why The Three-Child Policy?
Beijing declared at the end of May 2021 that it would permit each couple to have three children after China’s 2020 census revealed that Chinese women had just 12 million infants in 2020, down from 14.65 million in 2019. China’s fertility rate in 2020 was 1.3 children per woman, which was lower than the 2.1 replacement level required for a stable population. According to surveys, the average number of children a Chinese woman was willing to have in 2020 was 1.8, according to China’s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). The 2020 census results indicated that while China’s population continued to rise to 1.412 billion people in 2020, the proportion of people in their working years decreased while that of the elderly rose, prompting calls for China to “completely open up childbearing.”

Many young Chinese are debating whether to have any children, much less than one, due to a lack of cheap daycare, growing living expenses, and demanding work schedules, among other factors. China’s national birth rate and population were already beginning to decline, and some experts had previously warned of serious repercussions.
According to official figures, the birth rate in Beijing, which has a population of roughly 21 million, fell by 24.3% in 2020 compared to the previous year.
The government predicted that China’s population will reach its peak in 2027 in its most current estimate, released in November 2020.

February 27, 2023. Just after Ushna Shah got done with responding to hate comments regarding her wedding dress, she’s now dealing with a blogger who violated and harassed her at her own wedding. Ushna Shah recently got married to her forever lover, Hamza Amin. Her wedding has been the talk of the town ever since it happened. Famous people from the industry were invited to the barat and rukhsati event. Popular singer Herbie Sahara also performed a concert for the young newlyweds. With these events being public and where all of Ushna’s celebrity friends were invited, the nikkah was a private event.
Apparently, an “influencer” violated Ushna and her family’s privacy and git into the nikkah event with a plus-one photographer and a drone. When a celebrity is getting married, some people don’t understand the necessity to respect their privacy, especially if they request it. Have a look.
On Monday, the actor used Instagram to publicly embarrass the blogger for failing to abide by the conditions that were stipulated in the invitation.“I am disgusted and feel violated. AB Lakhany, of Moovyshoovy was invited out of obligation as I have known him for years and he happened to be at the office where we were designing invitations. His invite said strictly no plus one,” she wrote. “He was then sent a memo along with other guests to not record personal moments, especially the nikah. Not only did he bring a plus one, but he also brought a photographer without permission [and] lied to my family that I had allowed this. That photographer then sent exclusive unapproved photos to various [media] portals.” says Ushna.
She claimed that he also brought a drone and “snuck” it into the exclusive nikah enclosure on the water where he recorded the signing, leaving her “in tears” later. “This man has no morals, no ethics, and has no right to be employed for any position. I invited him out of respect, but he gave no sign of it. I am disgusted beyond belief,” she continued.
Now that’s one way to ruin someone’s wedding.

Pakistani actress Ushna Shah appears on Urdu television. She is one of the industry’s most stunning women who have consistently been in the news for something they do or says. She is incredibly outspoken and opinionated which is why there have been multiple times when fans have not agreed with her and haven’t hesitated to show it either. She is well-known for nailing every role she plays and also for rocking both eastern and western cultures through her style. Ushna Shah recently declared her love for her beau Hamza Amin on Instagram, and the two later attended their romantic baat pakki celebration with mostly family.
The star also proposed pictures of her dreamy sunset beach proposal. And fans had been waiting for the grand wedding ever since. Then, earlier this weekend, glimpses of their wedding made their way to Instagram through different celebrities’ Instagram stories. Although no one had seen the real-time photos of the couple, speculations about the setting, theme, the bride’s dress, and literally everything had already begun. However, here’s the video that Ushna posted on her Instagram of her big day.
Several famous people from the Pakistani film industry attended the wedding. Hamza Amin was dressed in an off-white sherwani, while Ushna Shah was wearing a bright red lehnga with absolutely beautiful threadwork from top to bottom that was designed by Wardha Saleem.

The fans immediately had a lot to say about Ushna Shah’s bridal dress. Many were of the opinion that the bride looked extremely “Indian” and some even said she looked “Mangolian”. People on Instagram were also not happy about the dress being so revealing and for not being traditional enough. Here are some comments.
Multiple comments like these were seen under Ushna’s wedding posts. Later she even responded to the hate she was receiving. Have a look at her story.
The rest of the night, Instagram was flooded with more videos and pictures of the big wedding. Herbie Sahara, a well-known international performer, gave a performance during her wedding. For Ushna Shah’s wedding, the musician performed Billo Ni Tera LaalGhaghra, one of his most well-known songs. She also danced to the song’s and her video surfaced on the internet and which only upset the public more. Here it is.
Ushna Shah received criticism for “planning” an Indian-style wedding and for the public’s disapproval of her dance. Her dancing was also made fun of by Facebook users. They claimed that she is wearing too little clothing and that her dress choice is also incorrect. “She forgot to wear Mangal Sootar & Sindoor,” a Facebook user commented. They claimed that instead of a wedding, the acts were more reminiscent of an overrated concert. Many social media users claimed that she made a poor impression on her big day because she chose a horrible outfit and cut.
But at the end of the day, it was her big day, her wedding, her dress. Does being a celebrity mean having no freedom of choice even at your wedding? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
