This notice was allegedly from Punjab University and it was the most hilarious, yet controversial, thing many people had seen. However, this latest news should tell you that this is why you shouldn’t take it seriously.

What Was The Notice About?

The notice suggested that students of Punjab University should be extra pious on 14th February. Valentine’s Day should be approached like the sin it is and one should observe distance from the opposite gender. However, this wasn’t all! What really got to people was the dress code it created for its students on this day.

The “Haya Day” Dresscode

It suggested that boys wear a white prayer cap as they do while reading jamaat prayers. On the other hand, women were supposed to wear black burkas with hand gloves too! All this shall be done while remaining 100 metres away from the opposite gender at all times.

Here’s the best part: those who were caught violating this would be fined Rs. 10, 000. This is another kind of joke because after all, PU did make valentine’s day a capitalist venture by putting a fine.

Located in Muscat, Oman, this is the main mosque in the Sultanate of Oman. It is also one of the most beautiful and extravagant modern mosques in the world.

Featuring a blend of Islamic, Middle Eastern, and Omani architectural styles, the mosque was first opened in 2001 and took six years to build.

Commissioned by Perak’s 28th sultan, Idris Shah after his recovery from illness, Masjid Ubudiah is one of the largest mosques located in Malaysia. Masjid Ubudiah means ‘mosque of self-surrender to Allah‘.

Masterminded by AB Hubback, the mosque was completed in 1917. However, the Sultan didn’t live long enough to see it finished.

7. Hassan II Mosque, Morocco

Hassan II Mosque (masjid al-Hassan ath-thani) is located in Casablanca (Morocco) built partly on the sea.

The prayer hall can accommodate 25,000 faithful with a total area of 20,000 m2.

The Hassan II mosque is one of the largest mosques in the world and boasts a minaret with a height of 200 to 210 m according to sources, the highest in the world.

8- Jameh Mosque, Yazd

Located in Yazd city of Jameh in the province of Iran, this mosque dates back to 1364 A.D.

This 19th-century mosque is still in use. It was built under the order of Ala’oddoleh Garshasb in the Al-e Bouyeh Dynasty. It was vastly renovated from 1943 to 1986.

9. Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Abu Dhabi

The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is one of the world’s biggest mosques.

The mosque was built by British, Italian and Emirati architects taking design inspiration was from parts of Turkey, Morocco, Pakistan, and Egypt among other Islamic countries.

It holds an astonishing capacity of 40,000 worshippers and visitors.

10. Masjid Nabawi, Medina

Masjid Nabawi is popular for being the original Prophet’s Mosque because it was built by the Prophet himself after he migrated to Medina in 622 AD.

A square enclosure of 30×35 meters, the mosque was built with palm trunks and mud walls and accessed through three doors: Bab Rahmah to the south, Bab Jibril to the west and Bab al-Nisa’ to the east.

How To Make It?

The original recipe is based on cooking the sauce as well as the chicken with alcohol. However, hold tight as we guide you on how to make it otherwise. Firstly, make sure to use high-quality chicken with a little broth for the softest chicken.

Moreover, season the chicken liberally before baking for a crispy, flavourful skin. For the sauce, essentially add some melted dark chocolate and coffee to an original barbecue sauce mix. Fresh minced garlic will only add to its flavour depth.

The Price

Let’s not underestimate Bolan this much though. It did get AC before but it was discontinued. The Bolan introduced many years ago (7th generation Suzuki Carry high roof) had two versions. It had an AC and a non-AC version but Pak Suzuki discontinued the AC variant.

This time around, the AC variant is here to say. Reports suggest that Suzuki Bolan VXL is on its way to dealerships but no announcement has been made on its price yet. The price is expected to have increased a lot due to the AC update. As of now, the Suzuki Bolan costs Rs. 1.18 million. On the other hand, the Cargo model costs Rs. 1.165 million. Worth the price or not, this marks a special day in the life of humankind.
