With the help of e-commerce giant Alibaba.com, the “B2B E-COMMERCE SUMMIT – Bharo Digital Export ki Nayi Uraan – Lahore Se” event will demonstrate the potential of Lahore manufacturers to sell their products worldwide. “Scientists around the world are still searching for the drugs which will be lethal to cancer cells but at the same time safe for healthy cells,” said Winkiel. “It is not easy despite the advances in medicine and powerful development of modern treatment techniques. That is why it might be worth going back to medicinal plants that were used years ago with success in the treatment of various ailments. I believe that it is worth re-examining their properties and perhaps rediscovering their potential.”
“Even if we cannot replace anticancer drugs that are used nowadays, maybe combined therapy will increase the effectiveness of this treatment,” Winkiel suggested. “There are many questions, but without detailed knowledge of the properties of glycoalkaloids, we will not be able to find out.”
Cancer Compounds From Solanaceae Family
Other compounds such as Solamargine and Chaconine are known to have anti-inflammatory as well as regulation of the cell cycle so that they can kill cancer cells.
“It’s important to stress that many of these compounds won’t be suitable as drugs, either because they aren’t effective enough or because they’re not safe enough to give to people. What is an E-Passport?
An e-passport is a travel document that contains an electronic chip embedded in one of the passport pages. The chip contains data that will verify the passport holder’s identity. It will include the biometrics of the passport holder, the personal data found on the data page of the passport, a unique identification number, and a digital signature. An e-passport has a contactless (NFC) chip on it which means that the passport can be read electronically. How Is It Different From The Current Passport?

How Can You Get An E-Passport?
The application procedure is the same for an e-passport as it is for a normal passport. The documents required for an e-passport will be similar to that of a Machine Readable Passport (MRP). Applicants will receive the e-passports after the manufacturing process is complete. It is just as simple as it was before.
How Much Will It Cost?
According to the announcement, the fee for a five-year e-passport with 36 pages is Rs 9,000 under normal fees. For urgent requests, the fee is Rs15,000.
For a 10-year passport with 36 pages, the normal fee will be Rs13,500 and the urgent fee will be Rs22,500.
The normal fee for a five-year e-passport with 72 pages is fixed at Rs16,500 and the fee for an urgent passport is Rs27,500.
The normal fee for a 72-page 10-year e-passport is Rs24,750, and the urgent fee will be Rs40,500.
The issuance of these e-passports will initially be starting from Islamabad, with the date of issuance from other passport offices across the country to be announced later. Payments can be done both online and in person through National Bank, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa.

2. Gilgit Winter Festival

A three-day winter sports event in Gilgit-Baltistan will get underway on Tuesday, 17th January till the 20th of January in Skardu.

This year on 12th January in Multan, Alibaba.com, successfully hosted its first seller summit. The Launch

He said “One of the key challenges that our local farmers face is the distance that they have to travel to get different agri products and services. The Bollywood industry has time and again shown their love for Pakistan. Be it through their films or copying Pakistani songs, India has always shown their immense likability for their close neighbors. India and Pakistan have always been like that one toxic couple we all know. But lately, India is kind of looking like the obsessive ex. Bollywood has yet again, announced the release of a new spy thriller, based on the historical events before and during the Indo-Pak war called Mission Majnu. Here’s the trailer, have a look!
The plot is set in the 1970s, an undercover Indian spy takes on a deadly mission to expose a covert nuclear weapons program in the heart of Pakistan. Or this is at least how they have put it. The event of India’s covert operation have been displayed in the film. However, the portrayal is far from true. Many things have been fabricated and have been wrongly showed, which have led the public to think that the film is nothing but far from reality.
Many netizens took to the internet to speak their minds, especially on Twitter and Instagram. Here’s some stating the facts.

Other people in the audience, also had similar things to say. But in general, Pakistani people had nothing but to mock the trailer of the new film. The young Bollywood superstar has also been facing trolling his Instagram posts. The term “Endians” has also been trending on multiple social media. Others have also called the film “propaganda”
On the other hand, Pakistanis also mocked the way Bollywood producers and directors show Pakistanis in their movies. Every Pakistani is shown in a specific way with a namaz cap, a kaffiyeh wearing a taweez and a tazbeeh in their hand with kajal in their eyes. They also talk in a very formal way using “aap”, “janab” No matter the role or character, all of them are potrayed the same way. Pakistanis beg to differ and they did not hold back when expressing their opinions.
The only way this could be interesting and closer to the truth will be if there is a plot twist and Pakistan catches Siddharth on suspicion of being a spy because he uses adaab and janaab too frequently.
Fans have been annoyed that as much as they love Bollywood movies, this is not the first time Pakistanis have been shown like this. Here’s an example from other Bollywood Pakistani characters. Murad from Gully Boy and Rauf Lala from Agneepath.
So clearly, Indian movies have become a joke on this side of the border. As fans suggest, maybe being realistic and not so “obsessed” with Pakistan will help because right now Mission Majnu has been made into nothing but a meme.

The Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Ministry of Education of Pakistan has officially recognised the Career-related Programme (CP), which is equal to the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) Science topics (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering Group) of Pakistan. All students who possess a secondary school diploma or an equivalent certification are qualified to enrol in the CP programme.

“We are thrilled with the news that the CP is now officially acknowledged to both humanities and science groups throughout Pakistan,” said Uzma Shujjat, IB’s regional manager for Pakistan. With this acknowledgment, CP students in Pakistan now have more options to enrol in universities of medicine and engineering.

The CP is especially created for students between the ages of 16 and 19 who want to pursue career-related study while also advancing their lifetime learning in applied knowledge, critical thinking, communication, and cross-cultural engagement. Game libraries are handled quite differently on the PS5 and Xbox Series X. The Xbox Series X makes the assumption that you’ll continue playing the same games you started on the Xbox One and will desire optimal performance for all of your favorites. Even while both systems have a promising start and have a lot of space for growth, the Xbox Series X now feels like a little superior investment. The Xbox Series X has an early advantage over the competition in the next generation of consoles because to its superior technology, better design, more extensive game subscription service, and enjoyable controller.
