If there is one thing that living in Lahore has taught me, it is that this place has all the best that life has to offer in Pakistan. From food items to clothing and assorted accessories, from salons to bridal photography, Lahore has a little bit of everything.

Since it is always wedding season in Pakistan, bridal salons are always frequented by women. Finding the best salon for your big day can be tricky so I complied a list of  the top choice by popularity vote and a bit of research.

Here are the top 5 salons for party makeup, hair styling or bridal makeover.

Ather Shahzad Salon And Studio

latestathershahzad

If you live in Lahore and are about to get married or know somebody who is, this name might have come up once or twice in a wedding related discussion.

His name is one of the most renowned in the film and drama industry also, from fashion shows in Karachi to Dubai, he has made a huge name for himself in the bridal world. Apart from bridal services, his salon also offers hair styling and party wear makeup.

And that’s not all, he himself is an experienced photographer and a bride can also book a photography session with his salon.

Address: 1 C, Block P, Gulberg – II, Lahore.

The name Maryam Khawaja is a fairly recent addition to the list of best makeup artists in Pakistan, and boy are we glad to have her there!

Maryam’s salon works in tiers; she teaches selected talented individuals. As a client, you can opt to be either readied by her or by one of her accomplished students. Obviously, her charges are more than that of her students but I believe for one of your main events you can go all out and have her as your makeup artist.

What is even more interesting about Maryam Khawaja’s salon is that you can request for a photo shoot by Irfan Ahson using one of their bridal packages. For those of you who aren’t psyched about it, I request all of you to visit his Facebook page once, you will know why his photography and Maryam Khawaja’s salon make such a good combination.

12 Places In Karachi That Can Be Your Coffee Fix!

Best Coffee Places in Karachi

With winters, we welcome the trend of stepping out with friends and family for a cup of nice hot and frothy coffee! I mean what is it that coffee can’t fix? It’s basically sheer joy!

Coffee is not merely a drink; it is a lifestyle! People do business over coffee, fall in love with each other over coffee dates, makeup with loved ones by inviting them for a cup of coffee, hang out with friends for coffee, people take a break for coffee during long working hours; accept it or not, coffee does have a special place in everyone’s lives.

This magic drink is an integral part of our lifestyle. Not only that, coffee has the power to uplift your mood and wake you up in an instant.

After a little contemplating and exploring we wanted to share with you the few places where you can step out and have a nice big mug of lip-smacking coffee!

You can thank us later.

1. Espresso

Espresso is the go-to place for coffee lovers. As the name suggests, this coffee bar is recognized as one of the best places to sip a cup of coffee.

Ever since the brand started its operation in 2005, the elusive taste and originality of their coffee have remained their expertise. It has made the move from a small coffee bar at Zamzama to many well-designed and aesthetically done cafes in elite areas of Karachi.

From hot coffee to cold mocha and from expresso shots to frothy cappuccino, Espresso brews every sort of coffee, but a cup of Americano can awaken your spirits and entertain your coffee cravings like no other. Espresso is one homegrown brand that is one of the most favorite choices for a frothy cup of coffee.

The taste of freshly brewed coffee is a pure delight that serves your coffee cravings and hits you at the right spot.

For the love of coffee is one of the places that you should visit! Tucked within a quiet lane in Zamzama, complete with its own mini bookshelf and decor that exudes the vibe of the perfect little coffee shop, FLOC is more of a retreat than a place with great food.

We recommend you try their nitro coffee and salted caramel.

The chic little spot is located on Khayaban-e-Shahbaz, Lane 4. It screams girl power with a bright neon sign illuminating the eatery in a faint pink glow that reads ‘Who run the world?’

Their coffee and dessert are worth trying and we’d highly recommend their butterscotch cappuccino!

Nobby’s, which literally means the high end, welcomes you with a very chic aura. You can walk down into the lower level for a warm and private setting or you can opt for ground-level dining if you want to experience the hustle-bustle of everyone going in and out.

The coffee, we have to say, is simply perfect. We’d recommend a cold, hazelnut latte that will hit all your right spots.

 Price range: PKR 400-600

10. Coffee Wagera

If you have been on the hunt for good coffee in the city, you can finally put it to rest. The fairly small coffee place – Coffee Wagera on Badar Commercial, near Sohny Sweets, has everything that you might require from such a joint. It may not be Pakistan’s answer to Starbucks but according to owner Mr. Mush Panjwani, it is ‘the only coffee shop in Pakistan.’

With flavors like Hazelnut, Vanilla, Butterscotch and Caramel, these are the staple drinks that should not be missed when trying their coffee.

Price range: PKR 350-500

5 Captivating Places Pakistanis Can Travel To This Winter!

pakistanis

Winter is Coming. Ned Stark had warned us about it, didn’t he? Okay, maybe it is not laced with White Walkers, but COVID has played a similar role in the real world. I mean, if something restricts international travel, it’s crueler than the Night King. But don’t you worry because, for all you travel freaks (like me), I have assembled a list of captivating places you Pakistanis can still travel to and appease your travel keera.

Places Pakistanis would love to travel in Pakistan

1. Malam Jabba: Pakistanis know it for its resort

A beautiful hill station in the Hindukush range. While people tend to avoid northern areas in winter, weirdly, Malam Jabba is best in the particular season. Fifty kilometers from Saidu Sharif, the place enjoys the reputation of being a popular ski resort. Both foreigners and Pakistanis visit Malam Jabba for the Ski Resort with a slope of nearly 800 meters. Meanwhile, the highest peak at Malam Jabba is 9000 feet above sea level.

Other than that, you will also enjoy the skating rinks, the chairlifts, and trekking. And looking for a good hotel won’t be tiresome either.

2. Naltar Valley

Less than 2 hours drive connects Gilgit and Naltar. Naltar is filled with beautiful landscapes, stunning lakes, snow-capped peaks, among other things. During the winters, everyone turns to this valley and enjoys the resort managed by Pakistan AirForce. It is like the primary vacation spot for all skiers. If tired from skiing, you can go out for picnics near the Bashri Lakes. Moreover, you can go to Pari Lake where you can go boating too!

3. Quetta

Known as the fruit garden of Pakistan, Quetta is stunning during the winters. Why is it called the fruit garden? Well, have you had their cuisine or dry fruits? If you had, you would know. And aside from these dry fruits, Quetta is also known for its vibrant festivals. The most interesting one is Buzkashi festival. It is held every year between two teams. The players sit on horses, so it is like Polo. But instead with a ball, they try to snatch a goat!

4. Skardu

Historical, Beautiful, and hospitable, Skardu is a complete package. For history, the city has Kharpocho Fort; it is SIX HUNDRED years old. For beauty, you can go to the Shangrila Resort. Or you can try the dunes in Katpana Village. Oh, and the shopping experience of Skardu Bazaar is something that should not be missed. Because nothing compares to local gifts as souvenirs. And not to forget, from Skardu, you can trek to the basecamp of K2.

5. Hunza

Hunza is a collection of attractive small villages that are colorful and interesting. You know what makes Hunza a bright place to visit. It’s because of the orchards, river, wooden bridges, and meadows spread around snow-capped mountains. And before returning, don’t forget to visit the top of Altit and Baltit forts.

Please note that these places are in Pakistan, but that is not stepping down, I assure you, because they are in no way less beautiful or less adventurous than Switzerland or Turkey. So this winter, travel within Pakistan, and you will be proud to be Pakistanis.

5 Pakistani Actors Who Need To Stop Playing The Same Roles

pakistani actors

Most Pakistani dramas seem monotonous. When the dramas are monotonous, so are the characters. This is why every now and then you will feel like a certain actor had already played the character they are playing now. Of course, when the stories are not diverse, how will the Pakistani actors be?

For today, instead of whining about the stories, let’s talk about the Pakistani actors who have remained monotonous when choosing characters.

1. Feroze Khan

Teamed up with Sajal Aly, Feroze acted in Gul e Rana. The spontaneous doesn’t care about consequences when fallen in love character, kidnaps the girl he likes to marry her. He played the main lead (antagonist) in Khaani. In that, he falls in love with the girl whose brother he murdered. The privileged mind that the character had, he wanted the girl to choose him. And then again, in Ishqiya; because her girlfriend did not have the courage to reveal him to her parents, he marries her sister to take revenge.

“Slow down, boi!”

2. Minal Khan

Ki Jana Main Kaun?, Parchayee, Dil Nawaz, Qismat, Hasad; all of these are the dramas Minal Khan participated in. And all of them feature a girl who has been pushed around by luck and fate; a girl who is always crying about her life.

3. Affan Waheed

Affan Waheed’s most famous partner on-screen is Hira Mani. He has already done 2 dramas with her and another one is right around the corner. And in every drama, he is seen falling in a very patriarchal and misogynistic kind of love with the girl.

His recent light comedy, Shehnai seemed a bit different initially. But, now, it is following the same trajectory.

4. Hania Aamir

Have you watched Hania Aamir’s Dil Ruba, Ishqiya, Anaa, or Phir Wohi Mohabbat? Well, if you want to check out how Hania acts when she takes on a role that is somewhat spontaneous, chulbuli, and stays happy, you need to watch only one of these dramas.

5. Alizeh Shah

Alizeh Shah has performed in many dramas in a very short time. However, in every drama, she has portrayed what society expects of a perfect brown girl. She is basically the girl the brown aunties would want to make their bahu.

Pakistani actors have a lot of potential, that much is clear. Considering how Ahsan Khan is able to play diverse roles while staying in this industry, others can too. So get out of your comfort zones, people!

Standard Chartered Karachi United Youth League Concludes With Impressive Finale

26 November 2021, Karachi – Standard Chartered – Karachi United Football League was recently organised at the Karachi United Stadium, by Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited in collaboration with the Karachi United Youth Football Club. Featuring 199 thrilling matches, among 62 teams, it comprised more than 1300 young male & female players, who showed great performances, till the vibrant closing ceremony was held recently. Sponsorship of this tournament was a part of Standard Chartered Bank’s resourceful social-development initiative to promote healthy-sporting activities in the country.

The final matches of this tournament were recently held in Karachi, attracting more than 400 spectators and enthusiasts. The winning team in the under-14 girls’ competition was Karachi United Youth Center, while the victorious squad in the under-14 boys’ competition was Karachi United Team. Earlier, the under-10 team contest was won by Team Mauripur, while the top team in the under-12 contest was Lyari Center. The tournament kicked off in March 2021 with enthusiastic participation by children hailing from 12 community centres, 5 NGO teams, 10 government and private schools teams and the matches were played in different locations including Old Golimar, Clifton, Malir, Baldia, Lyari and Mauripur.

Standard Chartered has been sponsoring this league since 2017. Since then, over 2,800 children have been supported through sports, many of whom would otherwise have been engulfed in self-injurious activities such as violence and drugs.

Commenting on the sponsorship, Mr. Rehan Shaikh, Chief Executive Officer, Standard Chartered Pakistan said, “It is a moment of pride for us to witness how far Standard Chartered-Karachi United Youth Football League has come along. Initiated with engaging 600 children from underserved communities, today we have exceeded the headcount to over 2800 children.

Furthermore, we introduced participation of girls in 2018 and provided more inclusive opportunities for differently-abled children in 2019. Mapped on our community investment agenda the League has been instrumental in building on the passion for football at the grassroot level in addition to providing important coaching on life skills and teamwork. Not just this, the SC-KU league has enabled us to create opportunities, build healthy competition and inculcate respect in the local communities, whilst breaking barriers across class, genders, and abilities, through sport. We are hopeful that through our continued efforts we can bring a positive social benefit that should be the unifying force across our communities.”

Commenting on the league Mr. Imran Ali, Director Youth and Community at Karachi United said: “We must give huge credit to Standard Chartered and its leadership team to understand the benefit of such a platform for our youth and communities. The Youth League, during the very difficult last year with the pandemic, was one of very few rays of light and outlet for thousands of children. We thank Standard Chartered and look forward to their continued partnership, especially as we look to integrate their global sponsorship of Liverpool Football Club and to develop coaching capacity for millions of Pakistani children”.

Whether we are a fan of the company or not, we have to give them credit for this. Not only this, the specifications of the phone might just make it give hard competition to Apple.

Who would have thought that Tesla would start to manufacture smartphones? Even if we look at just the automotive domain, their advancements might just be one of the most forward ones. To think that they have an entire sector dedicated to working on self-driving cars. Elon Musk predicts they will be able to come out with a self-driven car sooner than later.

According to sources, this phone is going to be called ‘Model Pi’. It is going to have four cameras, solar charging as well as a chameleon skin that changes color. Apart from that, it is also being rumored that the phone could work as a satellite phone in the absence of 5G and wifi. It is also said to have a brain-phone interface from Neuralink. The release date of the phone is a closely guarded secret.

One of the biggest rumors of the Tesla smartphone is that it is going to have a Starlink connection. This, essentially, means that the phone is going to work on Mars too. Imagine that! We have still yet to see how much the phone is going to cost but we can guess it will be no less than a flagship one.

Advertising With Impact

Can we imagine a world without women when we can’t even imagine a home without her? Probably No, because we are all aware of the life-long effort and sacrifice our mothers, sisters, wives, daughters, and daughter in laws contribute to build their homes.

We see them as mothers caring for their children, wives caring for their husbands, daughters caring for their fathers. Driven by emotions yet we see them making responsible decisions for their family’s wellbeing and betterment. We see them nurturing their children with love and affection. We often see them making compromises for their family. We see them supporting their families in emotionally challenging times and financially distressing situations.

Despite seeing women play all these roles with care and compassion we rarely acknowledge them. This is the actual insight; the same attitude can be seen dominating mass media and the advertising world. We come across dozens of fad commercials that only glamorize women, representing her as a mere symbol of physical beauty. However, it was refreshing to recently come across a TV commercial for a steel brand that tried to break the stereotypical representation of women.

The recent brand communication developed for Mughal Steel represents the core emotional and compassionate side of women with a light mood. The two female characters can be seen caring for their family’s wellbeing and betterment with authority, making responsible choices for them. Based on strong consumer insight that connects with Brand promise, this emotionally wrapped T.V commercial represents a woman’s caring and compassionate core.

The storyline and beautifully written dialogues help both male characters to convey their gratitude and respect towards women. The way women have been shown caring for men, while men have been shown appreciating their role in building a Home, represents a healthy balance between both men and women in the home as well as society. This commercial focuses on narrative building and at the same time remains relevant to the brand message that translates to lifelong safety given to your home by Mughal Supreme Earthquake resistant steel bars.

This was the basic strategic depth that the communication Agency recommended and Mughal Steel brand team adapted the strategy. Here the brand Mughal Steel must be appreciated for realizing its responsibility, the way it has always believed in the institution of family, strengthened it and tried to create a healthy balance between men and women at a time when we see many pitting men and women against each other and aggravating social context.

Here, the credit also goes to the writer Mr. Hasan Raza and creative agency Aura Communication for coming up with a well-crafted story and concept, that emotionally and rationally targets all the right spots. Congratulations to both Mughal Steel and their strategic brand partners Aura Communication and IG square for successfully pulling an impactful concept that not only balances both men and women but also reminds “Marzi” to act responsibly while managing to still make it all about the brand only.

Shahveer Jafry’s wedding may be one of the happiest events and times of his life but it is also slowly becoming one of the most hated for his online community. The Youtuber stayed out of criticism throughout his career but now his marriage seems to be giving critics something to chew on.

The Marriage

The couple got engaged in a lavish ceremony and the events seemed never-ending. However, it also made rounds on social media as several notable members of Shahveer Jafry’s clan were present, for instance, Zaid Ali! Have a look at the wedding pictures:

We wish the couple would have chosen a better destination for their honeymoon but alas, what can we say? The couple jetted off to the Maldives and since then, has been littering their social media with posts from there. Now, the issue is that these posts are super lovey-dovey, intimate, and romantic — which is a recipe for disaster when it comes to the Pakistani audience.

Their posts have thus come under a lot of criticism, just like Minal and Ahsan Mohsin’s did! Have a look at the pictures:

What Are People Saying?

People are particularly irritated by the couple wanting to be like ‘goras’ because in their minds only goras are romantic. Moreover, they want the couple to stop sharing their “private” pictures. According to the audience, if a couple is hugging or holding hands in a picture that picture is private. Keep it to your camera roll! Here are all the comments coming Shahveer Jafry’s way:

Criticism Over Other Things

Another thing related to Shahveer Jafry’s wedding that he recently got criticized for was a signboard. In some of their pictures from their Barat day, a sign was visible in the background that was super problematic. The sign barred drivers and workers from entering the venue which made netizens upset.

Are they not human? Moreover, this sign was the epitome of the classist behavior that has become normalized in Pakistan. Shahveer Jafry, however, argued that he was not aware of the sign and no one in his family saw it here. Quite a lame excuse but hey, it’s over now.

Pakistani Twitter Celebrates Shaheen 1A, Compares It To Our Cricketer

Pakistan Army launched the ballistic missile Shaheen 1A for testing purposes. Soon, the video began going viral. It was being shared on both sides of the borders really. While Pakistanis were celebrating it, India was not too happy with the development.

DG ISPR announced that the test flight was conducted to test the surface-to-surface ballistic missile for its design and technical parameters. The missile Shaheen 1A successfully proved the efforts of the Pak Army actively employed at bettering their weapon system to defend the nation. The video was all over Twitter within moments as a huge crowd witnessed the iconic moment.

Shaheen Afridi trends

As Shaheen 1A began trending, it was not too difficult to be instantly reminded of another weapon that Pakistan holds; our beloved Shaheen Afridi, future son-in-law of Shahid Afridi. The bowler may give his fair share of free hits but with the wickets that he takes so beautifully, one cannot stay unimpressed.

Be it the cricketer’s performance in the T20 World Cup or in Pakistan Vs Bangladesh’s match, he rules over hearts.

And obviously, memes began emerging.

Both the weapons, Pakistanis said, were dangerous for the enemies.

Of course, such statements were going to hit our enemies, namely, Israel and India.

In order to feel better about their own situation, you could see them making assumptions that the cost was a minuscule of their GDP.

Well, if that’s the case, isn’t that even more insulting for you, dear neighbours?

But we should definitely understand how scared they must be failing. So, let them have this time and say whatever they want to say. It is understandable that they would feel this way after the successful Shaheen performance (both Shaheens that is)

If you have some memes on the matter, leave them in the comments for us.

PTV Withdraws Compensation Claim From Shoaib Akhtar

shoaib akhtar

[Update: November 26th, 2021]: The drama that started almost a month ago with Shoaib Akhtar walking out of Nauman Niaz’s show on PTV has finally come to an end. Both individuals had considered the other’s attitude as a personal insult. In fact, Shoaib Akhtar, when asked to leave, actually left while the show was still on-air.

The drama became vital news instantly and the fans of Rawalpindi Express came from all over to document support for him. However, PTV sports, it seems, was not of the same opinion. The channel imposed a hefty fine as a compensation claim on the national star stating that he had incurred loss for the organization. Soon after, the journalist, Nauman Niaz, and 100mph Shoaib Akhtar reconciled. Following the reconciliation, PTV also withdrew the claim.

Because of the timeline of these events, the fans are now questioning the legitimacy of PTV’s claim. They are saying that if it was in fact due to incurring a loss, they would have never rescinded the claim. By some deduction, the fans have extracted the conclusion that the Rawalpindi Express must be on the right.

Shoaib Akhtar, the famous Rawalpindi Express, was invited to a show last night to discuss the Pakistan cricket team’s performance in the match with New Zealand. The national star walked out while the show streamed live after Nauman Niaz made rude comments on him.

The incident on Live TV

Invited alongside Shoaib Akhtar were numerous other guests. There were analysts as well as foreign personalities. When Nauman Niaz, the host, asked Shoaib Akhtar a question, Rawalpindi Express answered in his usual manner making a comment that did the host not see the match? The host said that he certainly did. After that, Shoaib Akhtar continued talking about Haris Rauf and Shaheen Afridi. Possibly offended by the tone, Nauman Niaz told Shoaib Akhtar on live TV to leave. It didn’t matter to him that they were live-streaming the show.

Have a look at the clip below:

Here’s what Pakistanis have to say:

Shoaib Akhtar walks out

The Rawalpindi express did not stick around for more insults. The host took a break and Akhtar resigned from the show. Once he left, the ex-cricketer and the host’s name started trending on Twitter. To clarify a few things, Shoaib Akhtar uploaded a video on his official Twitter account. He said that the walkout was to protect the integrity of the country.

To elaborate, he said that not only the whole country was watching but there were foreigners on the show which meant numerous other non-citizens would have tuned in as well; and a host insulting a national star meant Pakistan’s insult. This is why, when they took the break, he approached Nauman Niaz and said that they should resolve the matter by calling it Shoaib Akhtar pulling Niaz’s leg.

Nauman Niaz, however, refused to do so. With no other option left, Shoaib Akhtar had to leave.

The fastest bowler of his time, Akhtar has been gaining support from almost everyone on social media at this time. People are calling Nauman Naiz out to handle the situation and apologize. What will happen now? How will the host navigate the backlash? This is something we will have to wait and see.

In the meantime, are you ready for Pakistan to face Afghanistan this Friday? Where do you think we will get to see Shoaib Akhtar giving his analysis; PTV, some other channel, or on his YouTube?

PR Industry Leaders Discuss Communication Fundamentals And Challenges In Government Related Public Relations

This article is written by Safia Fazeelat

In a recent virtual session held by the PR Digital Academy in Pakistan, multiple PR agency leaders, executives and students pursuing advanced communications degrees took part in a talk about the fundamentals of PR in a government environment. Hosted by Khurrum Pervaiz, one of the key founding members of the PR Digital Academy, the conversation featured Mr. Aneel Butt, Public Relations Officer for the Ministry of Commerce and focused on the government’s communications strategy and current challenges.

Some key learnings from the talk include the fact that the concept of setting up public relations for government communications is not new but is changing very rapidly in Pakistan. With the advancement of technology and the rampant use of social media, government is actively engaging these resources to communicate, send out key messages, clarify misconceptions, and also attempt to mitigate PR crises. It was revealed that the Government of Pakistan now has a well-defined structure developed to uplift and facilitate the communications system within the government and also develop its capacity. Information, on the other hand, is being disseminated from multiple sources that include the Information Ministry, the Press Information Department, and the Associated Press of Pakistan.

In terms of challenges, a few were highlighted by the speaker  related to what hinders effective communication from the authorities down to the masses. This includes the risk of misinformation in the country, where fake news and statistics are easily spread around through social media. There is seemingly a disconnect between local news bureaus and government spokespersons, and in certain cases, the capacity for journalists and beat reporters is also limited. They would like to instead foster better relations with the media and ensure that correct and factual information is shared at all times. Furthermore, there do exist some internal challenges as well that can sometimes damage government communications, like government officials breaching contracts and revealing confidential information.

An important takeaway from the discussion has been a revelation that within the field of public relations, the possibility of public-private partnerships can and should be explored, to encourage private agencies to lend out their expertise and help support government communications.

The PR Digital Academy is a group consisting of more than 250 public relations professionals from Pakistan and international communities and has been playing its role as a significant platform to bring together and cultivate the communications ecosystem in Pakistan. This virtual series of conversations is a brainchild of Khurrum Pervaiz, and will target to create a learning environment for the PR industry in Pakistan.

Citizenship To Be Awarded To Those Living In Pakistan For 7 Years

Pakistan citizenship and getting it in 7 years

When we are born in a place, we often become accustomed to it. If we live there long after birth, we come to understand how it works. Then, at a higher age, we are made citizens of that place. However, one can be granted citizenship in other places as well. Of course, there are certain conditions that must be met but it is possible. If you live long enough in a place, you can be made a loyal citizen of it. There is no doubt that many countries offer this, but there are some that don’t.

It can be quite difficult for foreigners to get citizenship in middle eastern countries. Similarly, China stands as a country where you cannot be a registered citizen. You may spend years, decades, at the place but you will not be able to achieve that level of residency. If your work is done, then you must find more or move back to your home country.

Citizenship Being Given

In a meeting that took place recently, the chairman of NADRA brought a new amendment to light. According to sources, foreigners can now be granted citizenship in Pakistan. Apart from any legal documents, the catch is that they have to be living in the country for, at least, 7 years. If you are not from Pakistan but have been living here for 7 years now, then you can apply for citizenship.

The policy has yet to be implemented but it has gone into effect. Sooner than later, foreigners will be able to become local citizens of the country and they can be proud of it. It can be quite a milestone to be able to have more than one citizenship. It signifies your diverse lifestyle and how much time you’ve spent far from home.

Living In Pakistan

That said, we hope to see more and more foreigners take advantage of this new policy. After all, students and other professionals are going abroad, why not have some here? In the same meeting, many other agendas were discussed and stressed upon. They also included the current condition of the country in specific areas, including human rights.

There was also a lot of talking done on privacy and data breaches. NADRA confirmed that they’ve never had a data breach and have never been the subject of a hack. Each citizen is allowed access to their own data and no other organization is allowed to store their data. Additionally, people worry about their privacy but it has been discussed that there is no breach of it either.
