Meeting with Mr.Zhu Zhaojiang, founder and chairman of the Chinese company Transsion Holdings, in Shenzhen. Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif met with Mr. Zhu Zhaojiang, founder and chairman of the Chinese company Transsion Holdings, in Shenzhen.

During the meeting, interest was expressed in investment opportunities in Transsion Holdings’ mobile manufacturing unit in Pakistan and investment in four sectors in Pakistan: mobile phone production, electric bikes, modern agriculture, and fintech.

On the occasion, the Prime Minister said that the government of Pakistan continues to ensure facilities for foreign investors and business personalities. He invited Transsion Holdings to produce goods locally in Pakistan and export them abroad.

During the meeting, the Chairman of Transsion Holdings briefed the Prime Minister on the company’s current operations in Pakistan, its global exports, and further investment projects in Pakistan.

He informed the Prime Minister that the company already has a unit established in Pakistan for the production of mobile phones, employing over 5,000 Pakistanis daily.

The company is keen on expanding its investment in mobile phone production in Pakistan, which will increase their exports from Pakistan after mobile phone production.

Remember the days when the iPod ruled our playlists? The sixth-generation iPod Touch, released in 2015, was the last hurrah for this iconic music player. Now, it’s marked as vintage.

In a recent statement, K-Electric’s spokesperson addressed the concerns and misconceptions regarding unannounced load shedding in Karachi. The spokesperson emphasized that electricity supply in Karachi continues as usual, and there is no unannounced load shedding.

The spokesperson clarified that it is incorrect to equate regional faults with load shedding. “Load shedding is being announced as per the schedule given on the website,” the spokesperson stated. Regional faults, which are technical issues or breakdowns in specific areas. However these should not be confused with load shedding. Since it is a controlled and scheduled power outage.

K-Electric explained that load shedding schedules are influenced by several factors, including the rate of power theft and losses in different areas. Areas with higher rates of electricity theft and technical losses experience more frequent load shedding to manage the demand and supply effectively. This targeted approach aims to minimize the impact on areas with lower theft and losses.

To help residents stay informed, K-Electric provides several resources. Customers can learn the name of their respective feeder by checking the header of their KE bill, using the “Power” tab on the KE Live app, or calling 118. Additionally, the latest load shedding schedules are available on K-Electric’s website and through their free SMS service. By texting “REGISTER” to 8119, residents can receive real-time updates on their load shedding schedules.

Police on Monday registered a case against a Lahore beauty parlour owner and staff for secretly filming female customers in Faisal Town. The case was filed against the beauty parlour owner, Aroosa. Also her employees, Kinza, Sana, and Mubashira, following a complaint from a female client who discovered she had been secretly filmed.

The client noticed the employees acting suspiciously. Soon after some more observation, she noticed she was being recorded. The matter was then recorded by the cleint as evidence. Currently, the appropriate authorities are investigating the incident and those guilty.

Secret Filming Scandal in Lahore Beauty Parlour and Girls’ Hostel

Earlier this Sunday, another disturbing incident came to light. Hidden cameras were discovered in a private girls’ hostel in Lahore. This incident took place in Johar Town. Over here, the cameras were found installed inside the hostel’s washroom. Soon after, a case was registered against the hostel owner. Moreover, against his wife, and seven other suspects too. All happened after a student’s uncle lodged a complaint.

Later, according to police officials, the accused fled the scene. This has led to the hostel being vacated and out of business. The investigative team has recorded statements from over 40 students who were residing in the hostel. These students have confirmed the presence of hidden cameras in the washroom. Plus helped the police locate them as evidence.

Both of these incidents have shown a horrible invasion of privacy violations. More than that they have affected the safety of women in such establishments. The police are actively pursuing the investigation to bring the culprits to justice, by trying to locate those who have fled. Currently at this point, it is critical to ensure such breaches of privacy are prevented in the near future.

To this, she urged all to calm down. Madiha stated, ” I have mentioned it a million times… he is not Hindu, we had our nikkah ceremony. Now everyone please calm down.”

Madiha maintained, “And stop saying anything mean to someone based on their race, color, or country, please!”

It is unfortunate to see that the comments reached a point where Madiha had to say something. It can’t be easy hearing derailing opinions about your spouse every day, just because you two don’t share the same ethnicity.

The Grand Finals of the Jazz GameNow Free Fire Pakistan World Cup Qualifiers (FFPWCQ), which took place on June 2, saw Hotshot Esports claim the crown to earn its slot in the inaugural Esports World Cup (EWC). Courtesy of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Lahore and Municipal Corporation Lahore Administrator, University of Punjab was lit up with roaring cheers as attendees witnessed thrilling matches between the top twelve teams.

FFPWCQ marks Free Fire’s third LAN event in the city of Lahore and the first outing at the iconic premises in University of Punjab, which was sponsored by DC of Lahore, Rafia Haider. Haider was among esteemed guests at the event.
