Pakistan to Host Tri-Series With NZ and South Africa

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the schedule for the much-awaited tri-series featuring Pakistan, New Zealand and South Africa. The series, running from February 8 to 14, will follow a single-league format, with matches hosted at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and National Bank Stadium in Karachi.

The opening game will pit Pakistan against New Zealand on February 8 in Lahore, with the match starting at 2 pm local time. New Zealand will face South Africa on February 10 in a day game beginning at 9:30 am. The series will then shift to Karachi, where Pakistan will meet South Africa on February 12 in a day-night clash. The final will be held on February 14, starting at 2 pm.

As part of preparations for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, PCB has upgraded its venues. Gaddafi Stadium now boasts increased seating capacity, 480 LED lights, new chairs and two digital replay screens. Similarly, the National Bank Stadium has seen the installation of 350 LED lights, 5,000 new chairs and a new hospitality enclosure.
