Cricket enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the 2023 Cricket World Cup showdown between India and Pakistan, especially the fortunate ticket holders for the October 14th clash at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium. Their excitement has been further amplified by the announcement that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has organized a pre-match spectacle.

Meanwhile, with not even a single Pakistani artist in the lineup, the hypocrisy of the Indians has reached an all-time high. The pre-match event which is specifically being held ahead of the Pakistan vs India match has failed to see any Pakistani artist in sight. Meanwhile, ‘X’ users have also highlighted this as a problem since there was no official ceremony for the World Cup event itself.
There’s more to a World Cup than an India Pak match
That’s why it’s called a WORLD CUPSo there’s NO opening ceremony for the first game of the tournament but here we are doing a song & dance technically for a league match

Concerns regarding the treatment of Pakistani artists became apparent when reports emerged that the BCCI had allegedly delayed the issuance of visas to Pakistani journalists, who were aiming to cover the significant cricket event.
The match is scheduled for a 2 pm IST start, with the toss occurring at 1.30 pm, as it will be a day-night event at the world’s largest cricket stadium.
