Today is the 4th day of the #RoyalVisitPakistan.
From adapting to the Pakistani culture by sporting Pakistani attire to visiting the Badshahi Mosque, their time in Pakistan has been full of beautiful moments.
Yesterday the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital to spend time with patients undergoing treatment, and to speak to their families.
One of the most heart touching moments from their visit to Shaukat Khanum was when Kate wore a toy tiara to match the Princess Tea Party held by a little girl suffering from cancer.

This also leaves us reminiscing of Princess Diana and her visit to Shaukat Khanum in 1997:

Not only did Kate wear a toy tiara to be part of the lovely little tea party, she also pretended to stir the tea showing true compassion for comforting children, and social media just cannot stop gushing over it!
Prince William and Kate Middleton you both are great.
Always share God's love with others , this is my prayer for you and your family. https://t.co/6zbnCXlEy9— Cathy مُحبِ وطن (@curious_soul2) October 18, 2019
