The Punjab government has announced a special financial assistance package for underprivileged families during the holy month of Ramadan. Under this initiative, three million families across the province will receive Rs10,000 each.
According to sources, the Price Control and Commodities Management Punjab has submitted a summary for the release of funds. This year, instead of setting up Ramadan bazaars, the government has decided to provide direct financial aid to deserving individuals, enabling them to purchase essential commodities according to their needs.

As per official documents, the financial assistance will be delivered directly to the recipients at their doorsteps to ensure convenience and ease. The Punjab government’s initiative aims to provide much-needed relief to low-income families during the sacred month of Ramadan.
