Celebrities and fashion icons will be adding the finishing touches to their outfits ahead of this year’s Met Gala, held May 7 at New York’s Metropolitan Museum Of Art.

This year’s theme “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination,” follows last year’s homage to Rei Kawakubo and “Manus X Machina: Fashion in the Age of Technology” in 2016, which gave rise to some, particularly spectacular and eccentric outfits.

With just a day to go before the 2018 edition, here’s a look at some of the biggest red carpet fails from previous Met Galas.
