1. Raw Mango, Aam Panna
There is no way to beat the heat better, than a refreshing drink. Aam Panna is a refreshing drink made from unripe mangoes. It’s popular in India and Pakistan both Aam Panna serves as the perfect remedy to prevent heatstrokes and dehydration in the summer.
2. Raw Mango Sherbet
With a recipe so simple, anyone can help themselves with this drink. Moreover, the mango sherbet even has cardamons in it for extra flavor. The recipe is by Chef Fauzia and the instructions are quite easy;
Wash and boil the mangoes in water until soft. Cool, peel, and remove the seeds. Then, add sugar and the grated jaggery and liquidize in a liquidizer. Later, mix the cardamoms with the mango pulp. Add the warm water and refrigerate.
When serving, add a little cold water. Mix thoroughly and serve with salt to taste.
3. Home-made Mango Juice
