Sanwari revolves around the story of two sisters who belong to a middle-class family and the ups and downs in their lives.
Ujala, the elder one, is a simple and sensible girl. She has a great interest in studies and also loves to do house chores. Shama, the younger one, is more of a careless girl with a selfish nature who loves to dress up. She always prioritizes her wishes and often creates trouble for Ujala.
