So, no Penn Badgley hasn’t converted to Islam but he certainly was fasting but not for Ramadan.
What Is Fasting For Alá?
Alá is the nineteenth month in the Badi calendar (the calendar used in the Baháʼà Faith is a solar calendar consisting of nineteen months and four or five intercalary days, with the new year at the moment of the Northern spring equinox).
For Bahá’Ãs, fasting is observed from sunrise to sunset during the Bahá’à month of ‘Ala’ (Loftiness), between March 1st/2nd through March 19th/20th, which immediately precedes the Bahá’à New Year. It is a time of prayer, meditation, and spiritual rejuvenation.
