Getting car windows tinted for security and skin concerns has gained momentum since last decade. However, the interior ministry banned glass tint permit back in 2013. Last year, the Ministry of Interior directed the FIA to launch a crackdown against people involved in producing and selling fake permits for tinted windows. The notification was issued claiming that the ministry hasn’t issued a single permission letter since 2013.

Ever since the official letter was issued, it was confirmed that all the people claiming to sell tint permits are fake and there is no such thing as the home secretary issuing permits for car tints.
