Though the curtains may have closed on Bigg Boss 18, the controversy is definitely still far from over. Controversy seems to plague Karan Veer Mehra, Shilpa Shirodkar and Chum Darang along with many other contestants who recently re-gathered at producer Sandiip Sikcand’s house. Though the evening was filled with laughter and camaraderie, a video from the party hinted at some tension that seems to have surged amongst participants, particularly Vivian Dsena.

The get-together was a star-studded affair, with photos and videos flooding social media. Fans were quick to notice a clip where Sandiip Sikcand and Karan Veer Mehra appeared to take a subtle dig at Vivian Dsena.

In the video, Sandiip commented, “This is our party, and we have also not invited a few people. Because this is not a sponsored party, this is a proper party.” Karan chimed in, adding, “Aur main iska 20 saal purana dost hu.” (I have been his friend for 20 years). This statement seemed to refer to Vivian and Karan’s much-discussed 12-year friendship.

Backstory: Vivian Dsena’s Party

The drama reached new heights as Vivian Dsena had his own party where he invited co-stars of Bigg Boss 18 such as Avinash Mishra and Eisha Singh. But Karan, Shilpa and Chum were not seen anywhere. Vivian’s wife Nouran Aly said, “I am the one who was inviting, it was a surprise party, I will invite the ones who didn’t hurt us, that’s all.”
