WhatsApp announced a new feature that will enable users to connect directly with human chat support via the web client. Currently, users are required to navigate through a series of FAQs before they can contact WhatsApp support. The feature will offer a “Chat with Us” option in the Help section, allowing users to interact with support staff more efficiently.

Once activated, users can escalate their queries from AI-generated responses to a human representative when necessary, streamlining the support process. The feature is expected to be available in a future update of WhatsApp Web.
