Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudry announced on Monday that two of the world’s biggest solar panel firms will set up their plants in Pakistan.
The Minister for Science and Technology was recently on a visit to Beijing where he met various Chinese officials and the country’s business leaders.
He also tweeted about this news on his social media with the caption:
The good news is lost in the political spectrum, yet I am very happy that Dina’s two major companies are setting up solar panel making plants in Pakistan and another major Chinese battery maker will set up a lithium battery manufacturer in Pakistan. Buses will also be made in Pakistan.
